Application process

After initial screening, if we think you have what it takes we'll invite you to the first stage of our selection process. If you pass the reasoning test here you'll be invited to a first-stage competency interview.

After this, if you're successful you'll be invited to the second stage, which involves an interview with an experienced professional and an interview to test your responses to a number of hypothetical situations. Then you'll take on a case study involving written work, a one-to-one meeting with a 'client' and a group meeting. You'll also have the chance for an informal discussion with recent graduates and representatives
from your chosen business area.
